Early on in my life I experienced healing from a severe illness through an Ayurveda Doctor who made me meditate every day, what helped tremendously in my healing process. I realized back then, that conscious breathing and clearing my thoughts through meditation helps me also to manage pain.
This realization is the foundation of my extensive work as a psychotherapist and physiotherapist and later on in my work as a sexual therapist.
